Our Sunday School Discipleship Ministries (SDMI) department is headed up by our Sunday School Superintendent, Ruth Reynard and the Christian Education and Discipleship Committee.

Class Date/Time – Sundays at 9:30am
This class is taught by Pastor Holmes, a solid Biblical scholar with many years of Christian Education experience both from a pastoral and layman’s perspective.   Pastor Holmes uses curriculum from our Nazarene Publishing House and adds his own perspective to the lesson making a deeply transformational learning experience.

Taught by published author, Francis Simpson, and assisted by her husband, retired North Carolina Church of the Nazarene District Superintendent,  Dr. Eugene Simpson. This class is a caring and loving community of Christians of all ages who study and learn the deep truths of God’s Word.

Serving and Loving Together (S.A.L.T.) is our newest adult Sunday School class and focuses on the needs and concerns of our younger church families.  Pastor Bettyanna Bremer, is the teacher.  Bettyanna is in the field of Spiritual care development and chaplaincy education and who serves as a chaplain supervisor for Carolinas Medical Center.  Bettyanna is teaching from the book of Ephesians.  This insightful class focuses on our relationship with Christ and how that effects how we live our lives of faith in the public arena

Led by our teen teachers, Matthew and Michelle Hull.  This is a close group of teens who are developing relationships with one another, their community, and with Jesus Christ. They are preparing to take their place in God’s kingdom as servants and leaders.

We have age level classes taught by qualified and trained teachers. Megan Irons,  Debbie Berrier and various helpers make up this team of Children’s Christian Educators.

Crafts, Bible lessons and other activities keep young minds growing as they are being taught Bible stories and Biblical principles for life.
